Truvis believes in fostering genuine matches and rewarding authentic engagement. This policy explains our score-based rewards system,Couple-Based distribution, and verification requirements.
The Truvis Grand Winning Amount of up to ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) is entirely score-based and depends on eligibility, profile authenticity, platform engagement, compatibility score, genuine activity, relationship consistency, and other evaluation criteria determined by Truvis.
Winning amounts are not fixed or guaranteed and are subject to verification and approval.
The final reward amount will be determined based on score, eligibility, verification status, compliance with Truvis rules, and platform-defined evaluation criteria.
Users only stand a chance to win up to ₹10 Lakhs. Reward eligibility is not guaranteed.
Any approved winning amount shall be equally divided between the matched couple, unless otherwise decided by Truvis under exceptional circumstances, disputes, or policy-related concerns.
If a total reward amount of ₹10,00,000 is approved, the amount may be shared between both eligible users of the matched couple as per Truvis reward policies.
Winning eligibility may require relationship authenticity verification.
Truvis reserves the right to review and verify whether a connection, relationship, or match is genuine and not created solely for the purpose of claiming rewards, manipulating scores, or abusing the platform.
Any fake, manipulated, or misleading relationship activity may result in immediate disqualification.
Users may be required to maintain an active and genuine connection for a minimum duration, as determined by Truvis, before becoming eligible for reward consideration.
Eligibility periods, activity requirements, and qualification criteria may be updated or modified by Truvis at any time.
Before any winning amount is processed, Truvis may require:

All winnings shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, taxes, financial compliance requirements, and government obligations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent disqualification from winnings and account suspension:
• Fake profiles or fake identity usage
• Multiple account creation
• Artificial engagement or score manipulation
• Fake relationships created for rewards
• Fraudulent activity or misleading information
• Reward abuse, spam activity, or misuse of the platform
Any pending reward may be cancelled if suspicious activity is detected.
Truvis is a dating platform and does not guarantee marriage, long-term relationships, compatibility, emotional success, or relationship outcomes between users.
In case of disputes, separation, fraudulent intent, misconduct, policy violations, or concerns between matched users, Truvis reserves the right to review, hold, reduce, reject, or cancel any winning amount.
Approved rewards must be claimed within the period specified by Truvis. Failure to claim within the allowed period may result in expiry of eligibility.
Participation on Truvis does not guarantee any reward, earnings, or winning amount.
Users only become eligible based on scoring, verification, compliance, genuine activity, and final approval by Truvis.
Truvis reserves the sole and absolute right to review, approve, modify, suspend, reduce, reject, hold, or cancel any reward or winning amount in cases involving fraud, suspicious activity, legal restrictions, policy violations, or non-compliance.
All decisions made by Truvis regarding eligibility, score calculation, rewards, verification, and payout shall be final and binding.
These rules shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from Truvis rewards, winnings, eligibility, or policy interpretation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
