Refund & Cancellation Policy

💚 Our Commitment

Truvis is committed to fair and transparent financial practices. All payments are processed securely by Google Play and the Apple App Store. This policy outlines exactly when and how refunds are processed.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Truvis subscription at any time from Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

📌 Important:

Cancellation stops future charges. You retain full access to your current subscription benefits until the end of the paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for early cancellation.

Cancellation Deadline

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this window will apply from the following cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

Non-Refundable Items

❌ The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Gift Coins (once purchased)
• Partially used subscription periods
• Subscriptions cancelled after the renewal date has passed
• Account terminations due to Terms of Service violations
• Change-of-mind cancellations after 24 hours of purchase

3. Refund Process Timeline

Day 0

Submit Refund Request

Email support@truvis.ai with your Google Play / App Store Order ID, registered email, and reason for refund.

Day 1–2

Review & Verification

Our team reviews the request and verifies the transaction.

Day 3

Approval Decision

You receive an email confirming approval or explaining the reason for rejection.

Day 5–7

Amount Credited

Approved refunds are processed by the respective App Stores according to their timelines.

4. Refund Details

All refunds are initiated through your respective App Store. Key points:

⏱ Refund timelines by payment method:

UPI: 1–3 business days  |  Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days  |  Net Banking: 3–5 business days  |  Wallet: Instant to 2 business days

5. Failed Transaction Policy

If money was deducted from your account but your subscription was not activated:

  1. First, wait up to 24 hours as some payment methods have processing delays.
  2. Check your email for a payment confirmation from Google Play / Apple.
  3. If still not resolved, contact us at support@truvis.ai with your transaction details.
  4. We will guide you on how to raise a dispute with the App Store.
