Truvis ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Truvis mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

            Google Play Data Safety Compliance: Truvis is committed to protecting user data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected:

Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). This includes: Phone number, Email address, First name and last name, Date of Birth, and Gender.
Media & Photos: We collect and store photos you upload to your profile. These are used to represent you to other users.
Location Data: We use your precise GPS location to show you nearby matches. This is collected only with your explicit consent.
Identification Data: For face verification, we may collect facial recognition data (biometric identifiers) to ensure you are the person in your photos. This data is used solely for verification and is not shared.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

            Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this within the app settings by selecting "Delete Account." Upon confirmation, all your profile data, photos, and messages will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.
        

3. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We use security measures such as 256-bit AES encryption and secure socket layer (SSL) technology to protect your information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Community Safety & Reporting

Truvis maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, sexual content, and hate speech. We collect data on user reports and blocks to maintain a safe environment. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team to ensure compliance with our Community Guidelines.

5. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, such as:

Firebase (Google): For authentication, real-time database, and notifications.
Hostinger: For secure media storage on private servers.
Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
