How do I cancel my Truvis subscription? +

Go to Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.

My payment was deducted but subscription wasn't activated. +

Wait up to 24 hours — some payment methods have processing delays. If still not resolved, email payments@truvis.ai with your Order ID and registered email. We'll investigate and resolve within 5–7 business days.

How long does a refund take? +

Once approved, refunds are processed via the respective App Stores (Google Play or Apple App Store). See our full Refund Policy.

How do I delete my account and personal data? +

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Alternatively, email legal@truvis.ai with your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which payment methods does Truvis accept? +

All payments are handled securely through Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple In-App Purchases (iOS).

How do I report a fake or abusive user? +

You can report any user directly from the chat or profile page by tapping the ⚠️ icon. Our moderation team reviews all reports 24/7. For urgent safety concerns, email support@truvis.ai immediately.
